Between concrete and code – Brutalist structures in architecture and web design
Born in Belgrade, a city famous for its architecture, I’ve always been fascinated by Brutalism. My installation combines this with my interest in the style and structures of early web design. Iconic HTML tables are used to create digital interpretations of Belgrade’s famous buildings. A futuristic world revives Brutalism in unconventional ways. “Zwischen Beton und Code” invites visitors to explore the relationship between form, function, and the potential of radical simplicity in digital design.
