THE SAGES is a fictional band, consisting of Alena Keppler and Corinna Schlichter, which is composed of influences of the pop culture of the 2000s (pop, techno, electro) and punk. The multimedia clash of genres, both musical and creative, is one of the most important elements of our overall concept. We asked ourselves whether it is possible to create a band as a designer without previous musical knowledge – completely in the sense of the D.I.Y. The freedom to do everything ourselves, from the idea to the execution, and to place it in our own hands, was a challenge that we gladly took up.
