The bachelor project deals with the wage gap in advertising agencies and is presented in the form of a book, which is divided into two parts. These two parts show the actual situation on one side and the target situation on the opposite side.

Here, the current problems leading to the gender pay gap are presented in contrast to the solutions. With the help of well-known women who contribute something to equality in advertising agencies, these problems are solved and illustrated.
