Student apartments on campus create an intense atmosphere that encourages study, creative work and social life. In the immediate neighbourhood of the university, in the middle of a beautiful park, students of the Merz Akademie have two spacious apartments at their disposal for shared flats.

On the upper floor of the building 62, a listed building under preservation order, there are two spacious flat-sharing communities of 280m² each for students of the Merz Akademie.

Each apartment consists of six or seven rooms for single occupancy (17m²-19m²) or double occupancy (30m²). The spacious corridors (approx. 90 m²) can also be used.

The unfurnished rooms have a wonderful view of the Kulturpark Berg. The rent includes heating, electricity, water and LAN/WLAN connection.

Both apartments have a shared bathroom with toilets and showers as well as a very large kitchen, which can also be used as a lounge and common room. All rooms have a SAT connection.

The unfurnished rooms offer a wonderful view of the Kulturpark Berg. The apartments are equipped with natural rubber floors and some with external blinds.

Both apartments have separate escape staircases. Each room is lockable, apartment door and entrance are secured with transponders. In the cellar there are washing machines, dryers and a bicycle room. Further work tables and chairs can be provided.
