Nina Vukovic wins C&A Design Studio Award 2022

24.10.2022

Congratulations! Student Nina Vukovic wins the C&A Design Studio Award 2022, which includes prize money of 500 euros and two nights in a design hotel in Hamburg. The competition was to create a digital design on the topic of sustainability for the C&A Design Studio collection. Nina took first place with her design motif.

Nina’s motif refers to the recycling logo. Instead of arrows, Nina arranged three green garments arranged in a triangle. The “arrow tops” stand for the recycling cycle. The message for the motif “You are what you wear” also comes from student Nina Vukovic. At the award ceremony in Hamburg, Nina took the opportunity to talk to various C&A executives and designers.

The award ceremony took place on 30.09.2022 at the C&A store in Hamburg Altona. Great impressions for Nina and her boyfriend:

Surprisingly, C&A goodies with my design were already waiting for me in the hotel room, which made me very happy. On the day of the award ceremony, we walked into the C&A store and saw mannequins in hoodies with my design already there! I’m happy that I was able to contribute to a more sustainable world with my design.

In selected C&A stores, in the so-called “Design Studios”, you can have Nina’s design printed on any piece of clothing.
