The focus of the second semester Master’s project is the deepening of one’s own artistic and design practice around a self-selected topic. The design work is experimented with, failed and optimized; it continues on a more complex and well-founded level. The students develop further theoretical and methodological knowledge and skills that are required for the independent formulation, detailed contouring and targeted pursuit of their research questions and projects. They integrate acquired knowledge and take into account social, scientific and ethical findings that result from the application of their knowledge and from their decisions.
